Each player needs to sign up to Netball Connect for each competition they will play in and for each role they will take on (Coach/Executive/Umpire/Junior/Intermediate/Open)

Registration

  1. Open the NetballConnect app

  2. Select the three dots on the bottom right-hand side of the screen

  3. Select registration(s)

  4. Select actions

  5. Select register

  6. Select the profile you wish to register

  7. Continue through to the form
    If you have NOT downloaded the NetballConnect app,
    click on either link below to download the app
    Download from the App Store
    Download from Google Play

  8. Open the NetballConnect app

  9. Select to register to play, coach or umpire
    Add a new user (or choose you if you have been here before).
    If you have already signed up for a 2025 NQ competition, choose New Participant registration, then scroll down and choose "registering myself".

  10. Find your association or club to register to:
    When you have progressed to the Select Competition Screen, put 2484 in the postcode box & Murwillumbah Netball Association in the Organisation name then select your season from following:
    Mixed Season 1/2/3/4 / Saturday Season.

  11. Continue through to the form.

  12. When this is complete it will take you to a page asking what you would like to pay for. Offline refers to cash and will need to be paid in full before taking the court. Full competition upfront has an after pay option.

  13. There is an option to use your active children voucher in the payment screen.

For users WITH a Netball Connect account.

  • Click on the registration link provided by your club or association

    • If you have already downloaded the NetballConnect app and created an account, you can use the same username (email) and password

  • Click the name of the participant

  • Confirm the participant details are correct and update any fields if required

    • For any participants registering under the age of 18, parent/guardian details will appear. Additional parents and guardians can be added.

    • If the participant is over the age of 18, emergency contact details will appear

  • Click NEXT

  • Select your Membership Products that you wish to register for, this will reflect your club or associations competition details. If you need to register for multiple role e.g. Player and Umpire, tick the both boxes and continue, answering any additional questions.

    • If you compete in another competition and want to register and pay in one checkout, click the +Add Another Competition button. e.g. I play in a Monday Night Comp and in a Tuesday Night Comp. Find the other competition and select the membership products

    • If you only need to register for one competition, then answer any additional questions required

  • Click Add Competition and Membership

  • Complete the form and any additional information required. Once completed click Add Competition and Members

  • At this stage you can register another participant by clicking Add Another Participant. Repeat the previous steps to register

  • Once complete, apply any discount codes if applicable

  • Review the order and checkout 

For users WITHOUT a NetballConnect account

  • Click on the registration link provided by your club or association

  • Click New User - Register

  • Click New Participant Registration and select who you are registering

  • Complete the required fields in the following form

    • For any participants registering under the age of 18, parent/guardian details will appear. Additional parents and guardians can be added.

    • If the participant is over the age of 18, emergency contact details will appear

  • Click NEXT
